Kidnappers responsible for the abduction of some students and staff of Government Science College, Kagara, Niger State have reportedly freed them all.

Those freed also include twelve members of a family kidnapped in the early hours of Wednesday.

Sources quoted by The Nation say the freed victims are already on their way to Minna and are expected to be received officially by the Niger State Governor, Abubakar Bello.

Meanwhile, this online medium earlier reported that passengers of the Niger State Transport Mass Transit kidnapped about a week ago by bandits have been released by their abductors.

This development was confirmed in a Twitter statement on Sunday afternoon by the Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello.

According to the tweet, all abducted passengers were released.

Naija News recalls 21 passengers were abducted by bandits on their way from Kontagora to Minna last Sunday.
