NCDC Reports 708 New Cases Of COVID-19 In Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC on Thursday night confirmed seven hundred and eight new cases of COVID-19 disease in Nigeria.

The health agency confirmed on its official Twitter handle that the nation has recorded 157,671 cases of the novel virus since its emergence in the country.

Naija News understands that 136,335 cases of the dreaded disease have been recorded so far while 1,951 deaths were recorded in Nigeria. See below the newly reported cases of the pandemic across Nigerian states with Adamawa State taking the lead with 180 cases while Lagos follow with 141 cases.

In another news, the Kano State chapter of the National Agency for Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC has seized fake drugs worth N613 million.
