Embattled Isese activist, Abdulazeez Adegbola, also known as Tani Olohun, has regained freedom from detention after perfecting his bail conditions.
Naija News had earlier reported that the embattled Isese activist was scheduled to be released today after he was granted bail on Thursday, November 16, in the sum of N2 million and three sureties in the like sum by Kwara Chief Magistrates Court sitting in Ilorin.
However, sources close to the Isese worshiper shared the picture of the activist after he regained freedom.
“Happy to announce that Tani Olohun was released earlier today. Thank you all for your support and steadfast approach to justice,” the source told Sahara Reporters.
The isese worshiper had been detained at the Ilorin Correctional Service since August 17, following his arraignment by the Nigeria Police on a five-count charge.
He was accused of criminal conspiracy, instigating public commotion, disturbing public peace, criminal defamation of character, and malicious insult of renowned Muslim clerics in the state, together with two Isese devotees.
The other Isese activists are Madam Efunsetan Abebi Aniwura Olorisha, also known as lya Osun; and Chief Ademola Olawoore, also known as Baba Tede.
However, on Thursday, November 16, he was granted bail in the sum of N2 million and three sureties in the like sum.
