Rafaela Pimenta, the agent of Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland, has revealed those who have access to the contract of the Norwegian forward.
Recall that Erling Haaland joined Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund for a transfer fee worth €60 million on July 1, 2022.
Even though he has spent just a season and some months at the club, there are speculations that there is a clause in Haaland’s contract that permits him to join Real Madrid in 2024.
However, his agent Pimenta, questioned such information since it didn’t come from Manchester City, Haaland’s father, Haaland, and herself who are the only people that have access to the contract of the 23-year-old striker.
“Clauses into his contract? It’s only Man City, Erling, his father, and me knowing the details of the contract”, the agent told Relevo.
“Other clubs don’t know anything about that. No one”.
On Haaland’s links with Real Madrid, the agent added: “Erling is the master of his destiny, always”.
“He will always do what’s good for him and for Man City. When they all are open to make a change, it will happen. Erling will always be respectful”.
Since Erling Haaland joined Manchester City in July 2022, the Norwegian striker has scored 69 goals and provided 13 assists in 71 games in all competitions. He helped City to win the treble – Premier League, Champions League, and FA Cup – last season.
So far this season, Haaland has scored 17 goals and provided four assists in 18 games in all competitions. His contract with Manchester City will expire on June 30, 2027.
