Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has given her candid opinion on a difficult life situation.
Naija News reports that the wife of Nigerian billionaire, Ned Nwoko, during a conversation on a movie set, was asked about her stance when confronted with a challenge about organ donation.
According to the movie star, if her biological father and the father of her children were in a hospital at the same time due to kidney complications, she would prioritise saving her husband.
Regina Daniels said her decision was for the sake of her children, emphasising the importance of having both parents in their lives.
She said, “As a mother, I will donate my kidney to my children’s father not because he is my husband but because I don’t want my children to grow up without a father.”
Military Destroying Vessels Because They Are Compromised
Meanwhile, vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment, Sen. Ned Nwoko (PDP-Delta) has said that the destruction of vessels apprehended for carrying illegal goods and stolen crude oil by the military is to conceal or destroy evidence.
Nwoko stated this while speaking with newsmen in Abuja.
He argued that destroying what should serve as evidence for a crime committed makes no sense except the military was compromised.
The lawmaker maintained that oil companies, NNPC officials and the police may all be involved in the crude oil theft.
Nwoko asserted that oil theft sometimes takes weeks to carry out, and certain players have to be complicit for such an operation to be successful.
