The leader of INRI Evangelical spiritual church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has revealed that he predicted the outcome of the Imo-North Senatorial District by-election.
Recall that before the Imo north senatorial election held on December 5, 2020, Prophet Ayodele had claimed that the candidate of the PDP, Emmanuel Okewulonu will be declared as the winner of the election.
Following the election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared the APC as the winner of the election but returned no candidate because the court sacked Frank Ibezim and Ifeanyi Ararume, the two candidates of the APC hours before the election.
Ararume and Ibezim had on Friday approached the Supreme court, and Ibezim was declared as the authentic candidate of the APC but he was sacked as the candidate of the election due to certificate forgery.
Less than 24 hours after the ruling of the Supreme Court, Ibezim also lost at the Appeal Court which he had hoped would squash the federal high court judgment that sacked him for forgery case.
Naija News reports that INEC will have to declare the next party with the highest vote, which is the PDP.
