Comrade Uyero Erarawewho Junior was born on the 5th of April 1985. He attended Emore Grammer School and presided to the Delta State University, where he studied Accounting and also a Master in Management inview.
He stated his role in Youth Development in the Secondary School as President, Press Debating and Dramatic Society (PDDS), because of his Love for Youths, he formed the Delta Youth and Community Initiative a non-governmental organization based in Delta State with the vision of youth development on leadership and entrepreneurship development.
His vision for youth and the passion for development and keying the youths to the right path to life made him organized a conference in 2010 with the theme: ‘Redefining Delta Youth in line with the Millennium Development Goals’. He is also the organizers of the prestigious Emerging Youth Leaders Conference with the theme Leadership for Economic Transformation: Thinking beyond Borderlines, with the aim of transforming Delta State into a State without oil. The programme which propose to create over 1000 job for youths through the planting of Cassava and Maize in the State. He is the organizer of an HIV/AIDs sensitization programme across the Delta State Youth Development Centers sponsored by the Delta State Action Committee on HIV/AIDs.
Uyero was appointed Member of the Youth Development Committee by the former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, from(2007 – 2015).
Uyero contested and won as Secretary National Youth Council of Nigeria, Delta State, Ndokwa East Chapter. He was nominated by the Federal Ministry of Youth to represent Nigeria at the Africa Youth Conference in Maputo, Mozembique (2012), the Conference with its theme “Youth Voce in Africa” was aim at creating the National Youth Commission across all African Countries, he was later appointed, Coordinator of the West African Youth Conference, to Coordinate and give feedback to the National Headquarters on a yearly bases. He lead a delegation of Nigerian Youth to the Africa Youth Coalition Against Hunger in Freetown, Sierra Leone (2013), the Conference which seek to established the creation of Africa Youth Agricultural Development Center in four Countries across the Africa Continent, where he was appointed Country Director for Nigeria.
Uyero is a pioneer member of the Commonwealth Youth Council, where he contested as Africa and Europe Regional Representative at the Commonwealth Head of Government in Sri Lanka (2013) but lost the election. He was awarded in 2013 as a Commonwealth MYWorld Youth Ambassador (Advocating for Youth in the 53 Commonwealth Country’s) by verture as contestant of the 2013 Commonwealth Youth Council Elections. He was also awarded in 2013 as a West African Youth Ambassador by the West African Youth Organization. He was also awarded by the Karifest Magazine in partnership with the Delta State Government as Best Youth Advocate as an outstanding Youth Leader in Delta State. He was award by the National Union of Isoko Students, Uniben Chapter 20017/2018 Academic Session of Award of Recognition of Excellence. Awarded by the Coalition of Ndokwa Peace Ambassador for Good Youth Leadership and Peace 2nd August, 2015. On the 3rd of February, 2015 he was awarded by the Commonwealth Youth Council as the Commonwealth Youth Ambassador on Violent Free Elections. Uyero was given an award of Excellence by the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Warri South Chapter.
Uyero coordinated a fact finding mission in Kaduna where he engaged with Kaduna State Government and Security agencies over the Southern Kaduna Crisis in 2020. Uyero organized the West Africa Youth on COVID-19 assccessment and contribution of young people across the West Africa Region in 2020.
He serve as Regional Coordinator of the Organization of West Africa Youth supervised by the ECOWAS Youth and Sport Commission.
