Former Nigerian lawmaker, Shehu Sani has urged President Muhammadu Buhari’s led government to step up its action to free abducted Kaduna students.

Naija News recalls suspected gunmen about two weeks ago, on the 11th of March, broke through the perimeter fence of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Afaka, in Kaduna State and abducted some students.

Subsequently, parents of the 39 abducted students trooped out i n their numbers to demand urgent government action on the rescue of their children.

The parents lamented that its been several days since armed bandits stormed their children’s school and abducted some of them and they have heard nothing from the government.

Reacting to the development, Shehu Sani in a post on his Twitter account on Thursday said until the Nigerian leaders think of the victims of kidnappings as their biological children or blood relations, then they can feel the real pain of the disturbing events.

The Human Rights Activist, lamented the situations of the Afaka students, noting that they have been half dressed since the abduction.

Sani’s tweet reads: “Only when we think of the Victims of Kidnappings as our own Biological Children or Blood relations then we can feel the real pain. The students Girls and Boys were half naked from their last images. Its two weeks now.The Government must step up action to free the Kaduna Students.
