The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu, has issued certificates of return to members of the newly elected National Working Committee (NWC).
Naija News reports that the APC chairman made the issuance at the party’s National Secretariat also known as the Buhari House, in Abuja.
The development comes days after Senator Adamu took over the helms of affairs of the party from the immediate-past caretaker chairman, Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State.

In his acceptance speech, the former governor of Nasarawa State promised to reposition the party and promised to reconcile aggrieved members of the party.
Adamu also called on Nigerians to keep supporting the APC in its quest to deliver development to the masses.
He had said: “APC is set to do much more when Nigerians continue to bestow on us their love, their support, and confidence in the next general election.
“Together, let us rise and march towards the sunrise in our party and in our country.
“The time has come for us to show statesmanship to arrive at the new dawn. The time has come for us to be patriotic in words and deeds,” he told the gathering.
“The time has come for us to affirm and build the people of the people, for the people, and by the people.”
