The good people of Abia, the God’s Own State, the Chosen seed of Abraham, I bring you solidarity greetings and good tidings, a message of hope, that our electoral mandate stolen in the night shall be restored in the light. Our God does not sleep nor will He aid the wicked to subvert His Supreme Will against the people He freely chose as His own.
Without doubt, the good people of Abia has been denied of genuine leadership and there is need for a collective effort to counter the trend of political fatherism,incompetence, corruption, alienated representation and selfish tendencies,looting,mis-appropriation.
I present to us, one of the most examplary and humble Son of Abia;(DR UCHECHUKWU SAMPSON OGAH OON (USO), he is adequately prepared and ready for the onerous task of public service to which his recent track records has necessitates,all for the libration of Abians. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a corporate icon, and a patriotic citizen of the country.
He is a recipient of national award of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON). He is a man of different parts: a renowned professional, an astute business man, a philanthropist, a youth leader, a seasoned politician and goal-getter. And as expected, his leadership style has been applauded by well meaning Abians who know his pedigree.
He is amply qualified to be elected by us the electorates as the Governor of our dear State come 2023, by virtue of his sterling personal attributes, his training and professional orientation, his immense contribution to the development, capacity-building and empowerment programmes and leadership dispositions, and most importantly for his patriotic zeal.
He is a man of positive disposition; a true professional and an incurable optimist. He is methodical and thorough, and tolerates no half measures. He believes in the people and service. Among his virtues are intelligence, humility and hardwork. Despite his wealth and influence, he is still himself: down-to-earth, no hang-ups, no supercilious tendencies.
Indeed, Uche Ogah would be a good representation of the professionals and technocrats in politics, a good representation of the Nigerian business community, and a good representation of the youths of Abia, a good representation for Abia State and Ndigbo in general.
