The 2023-2024 EFL Cup second round will commence tonight, August 29 with fixtures that could keep you on the edge of your seat for over 90 minutes.
Some of the nail-biting fixtures of the EFL Cup second round is the all-Premier League affairs involving Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham at Craven Cottage by 7:45 p.m. later tonight.
