A lady has allegedly stolen the sum of N2.5 million from a man after they had slept with each other.
The man identified as Kingsley Odimegwu alleged that the lady, Foluke Olubu Giwa drugged him into a deep sleep and made away with an iron saving box which contained N2.5m.
The incident occurred in the victims Lagos apartment at Taiwo Street, Mafoluku area of Oshodi.
Giwa has been apprehended by security operatives from the Commissioner of Police’s Special Squad .
Police sources revealed to P.M. Express that the victim and Giwa had an over night agreement for an agreed fee. After they were done the victim went into a deep sleep and the accused subsequently left his home with his savings.
The suspect was arraigned before Ogba Magistrates Court for stealing and plead not guilty.
The prosecutor, Christopher John asked for a short adjournment to help prove that the suspect was guilty.
The Presiding Magistrate, O.M. Whenu granted Giwa a bail of 500,000 with two sureties. She is to be remanded in a correctional centre at Kirikiri town.
