The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has arrived at the Supreme Court to witness the judgment on the 2023 presidential election.
The minister, who is a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), but a supporter of President Bola Tinubu, is at the apex court to hear the verdict on the appeals filed against the victory of the president.
Justice Inyang Okoro, who leads the seven-member panel of the Supreme Court, has arrived at the court and acknowledged the lawyers present.
Chris Uche is appearing for Atiku Abubakar and the PDP, Abdullahi Aliyu announced his appearance for the Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC), while Akintola Makinde is holding a brief for Tinubu and Olumide Olujinmi is representing the APC.
