A trending video online has shown former Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano allegedly in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Though the time and date of the video could not be independently confirmed by Naija News, Obiano could be seen on a waiting chair, seeping water from a bottle and having a chat with another man.
It will be recalled Obiano was arrested by the EFCC on Thursday at the Muritala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos shortly after handing over to Charles Soludo ad the new Governor of Anambra State.
He was said to be on his way t the United States when he was arrested by the anti-graft agency.

Confirming the arrest, EFCC spokesperson, Wilson Uwajaren during a chat with BBC Pidgin, said Obiano was arrested because he was on the watchlist of the anti-graft agency.
He added that they couldn’t arrest him earlier because of his immunity as a sitting Governor.
He said, “Obiano has been on our watchlist for sometime now. He had immunity as a governor and that is why we could not arrest him before now.
“Today he lost the immunity and was traveling out of the country before we finally arrested him”.
