A video shared by Nollywood actress cum politician, Tonto Dikeh has shown Marlian record label boss, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley and his associate, Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry leaving court after they were remanded.
Recall that the duo were remanded in police custody by a Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba area of Lagos State on Wednesday.
Naija News gathered that the Lagos State Police Command requested that Naira Marley and the others be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation.
Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, however, ruled that Fashola and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
Reacting to the development, Tonto shared a video of Naira Marley and Sam Larry leaving the court with caption, “Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been remanded for 21 days.
“At this point I will like to say thank you to the magistrate.”

Recall that Naira Marley on Tuesday announced his return to Nigeria to aid the investigation of Mohbad’s death.
The controversial singer disclosed the news about his return in a post on Tuesday via his account on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter).
He wrote, “I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation. It’s important I do my part for Imole. I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail.”
