Ufuoma MCDermott Advices Those Who Age-Shame People

Nollywood actress, Ufuoma McDermott has condemned those who insult people for being old.

The mother of two shared a video via her Instagram page with a caption stating that aging is a gift from God, Naija News reports.

She maintained a time would come when people who are lucky enough to experience old age would look back at the days they were in their prime.

She wrote: “There will come a time when we will look back and we’re no longer young.

“we should stop saying #OldWoman Or #OldMan Like say na insult. #Aging is actually a gift from God. May we all #live to be #old and #gray IJN”

In other news, Nigerian singer, Bukola Elemide, popularly known as Asa has lamented the negative impact of the Nigerian economy on Lagos people.

The exceptional singer made this known during a recent interview with media personality Ebuka Uchendu when she was asked to compare the Lagos of today to that of her childhood.
