TRANSFORMATIONAL GOVERNANCE: HON. SAYUTI APPROVES PROJECTS TO BETTER LIVES OF CONSTITUENTS

In a significant move, the Executive Chairman of Agaie Local Government, Hon. Sayuti, has made key approvals to drive development and improve the lives of his constituents. These approvals demonstrate his commitment to people oriented governance and reaffirm his position as a leader dedicated to the welfare of his community.

The Key Approvals today at the council meeting are:

  • Rehabilitation of 20 Boreholes across 11 wards of Agaie Local Government: this initiative will ensure access to clean water, thanks to the collaboration with respective Councilors of the council.
  • Drainage constructions: The Councilors will receive support to embark on drainage projects in their wards, reducing the risk of flooding and improving sanitation.
  • Construction of Rukwaji bridge: This new infrastructure project will enhance connectivity and facilitate easier movement of people and goods for people in that community.
  • Ekowugi/Ewugi Bridge Completion: The ongoing work on this bridge will be completed, to further improving infrastructure in the area.
  • Fencing of Ekossa MCH: The Maternal and Child Health center will receive a much needed fence, ensuring a safer environment for patients and staff.
  • Renaming of Newly Completed Ekobadeggi Primary Health Care Centre to Dan Sallawu Primary Health Care Center: The newly completed primary health care center in Ekobadeggi will be named after Dan Sallawu, a testament to the community’s appreciation for his contributions.
