Freed 70 pupils of Salihu Tanko Islamiyya school in Tegina town met with Governor Sani Bello of Niger State at the Government House in Minna, the state capital on Friday.
Recall that the students who were abducted from the Islamic school on May 30 by bandit terrorists, were released on Thursday evening.
It was learned that the students are on their way to Minna en route Kagara from Birnin Gwari.
Naija News reports that the teenagers were released after the bandit terrorists received ₦65 million naira and bikes as ransom.
At the government house, the freed students and some of their parents were received by the governor and some of the officials.
