Several reactions have trailed the official presidential declaration of the Serving Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, Tunde Bakare.
Naija News had earlier reported that the popular tele-evangelist on Saturday said he remains the best candidate to address the problems affecting Nigeria.
Bakare announced his presidential ambition at the virtual meeting Unveiling Project 16 to Nigerians in diaspora, with the theme The portrait of a new Nigeria, organized by the PTB4Nigeria in diaspora group.
The preacher warned the south is being set against the north, while Christians are set against Muslims ahead of the 2023 general election.
However, Nigerians have taken to Twitter to react to Pastor Bakare’s official presidential declaration.
While some Nigerians mocked the popular tele-evangelist for joining the 2023 presidential race, others encouraged him to throw his hat in the ring and rescue the country.
