Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike who died after a long battle with chronic kidney disease has been laid to rest.
Naija News reports that the body of the gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike, was laid to rest in his family compound in Umuokekpu, Owerre-Ebiri, Orlu Local Government Area of Imo State today June 3rd.
He was 39 years old. Nwadike is survived by his wife and three children.
Recall that the ‘God of Vengeance’ crooner before death had sought financial donations to enable him travel to India for treatment of the blood cancer.
He was said to have been on the verge of finalizing the trip when he succumbed to the disease.
Some of his hit tracks include God of Vengeance, Afo Ngozi’m, Marry Me and I do.
