The Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum (PDP-GF) has kick-started its emergency meeting at the Bauchi State Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja FCT.
Naija News reports that the meeting was conveyed to discuss the crisis rocking the main opposition party and other developmental issues concerning the Nation as a whole.
The forum is also hosting an enlarged session which will include members of the National Working Committee (NWC), the Board of Trustees, (BoT), the National Assembly leadership of the Party, Forum of the former Governor’s of the party (Chairman, Secretary and two others).
Those at the meeting, as at the time of this report, are the Governors of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, and his Osun State counterpart, Ademola Adeleke.
Other include the Acting National Chairman, Amb. Umar Damagum, National Organising Secretary of the party, Capt. Umar Bature (retd.), Secretary of the BoT, Ahmed Makarfi, National Secretary, Sen. Samuel Anyanwu.
