Nollywood actress, Victoria Inyama has said that Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of late gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu, will eventually be set free.
The actress said this on Wednesday on Instagram while reacting to a statement by the police stating why Mr Nwachukwu has not been arraigned.
The Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba had said that the reason the suspect had not been charged to court yet was because the autopsy result was not out yet.
The IGP said this when the Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Tallen visited him at the Force Headquarters.
Reacting to the latest development, the actress stated that the suspect might go scot-free due to “lack of evidence and rubbish judicial system.”
Her post read, “I believe it is the beating (kick to the chest) and trauma over the years as he took her to the hospital then evaded a crime.
“That man is going to walk free as usual. Lack of tangible evidence, Rubbish”
