Award-winning Nigerian actress, Destiny Etiko on Wednesday survived a car accident.
The Nollywood actress survived the life-threatening accident while returning from the burial of a Nollywood actor, Stanley Okoro.
The actress in a post on her Instagram account appreciated God for keeping her safe and the lives of others in the vehicle.
Etiko while speaking on the accident noted that she was in the vehicle with Kevin Ovo when the car collided with a mass transit bus.
She wrote, ”Please you guys should help me thank God for life. I and my colleague just had a terrible accident.”
Recall that Okoro who was laid to rest on Wednesday in Owerri died from suspected food poisoning on August 11.
Etiko and other actors in the industry travelled on Wednesday to pay their last respect.
Ovo shared pictures from the accident on his Instagram account.
