The General Overseer of the Omega Power Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has received national accolades for his support for the less privileged and empowerment of Young People, within and beyond his Ministry.
While addressing Pressmen in Abuja, the National Coordinator of the Coalition of Nigerian Youth on Security & Safety Affairs (CONYSSA, Amb. Ade Mario Emmanuel was quoted saying: ” Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has established one of the greatest supports for the poor people by sponsoring the education of these people even outside Nigeria from Tithes & Offerings.”
Apostle Chibuzor established OPM Foundation as the Philanthropic Unit of the Omega Power Ministries made the foundation believes strongly that true Christianity and Kingdom Service entails caring for the needy and providing for the Physical and Material needs of Humanity, in addition to their Spiritual Well-being .
This Foundation benefits many less privileged persons through a series of Humanitarian Schemes.”
“As a strong Board of Trustees Member of CONYSSA that he is, we do not only appreciate his remarkable deeds but similarly rejoice with him for setting another record on the 7th February 2022, whereby a set of 11 Students departed Nigeria for Cyprus under the umbrella of OPM University Scholarship outside Nigeria. Yesterday, another set of Students left Country in pursuit of Education with all-expense paid Trip.”
He added: “there are General Overseers that live happily with people’s Tithes & Offerings, however, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has distinctively proven himself to be a lover of the people.”
Furtherance to the humanitarian services of Apostle is the initiative of OPM Free School; an Education Scheme that admits less privileged children into standard Schools constructed and regulated by the OPM Foundation. Everything in the School is free for the Pupils including Books, Uniforms, Free lunch etc.
“It is also not out of our memories that he runs Empowerment Projects such as Computer Training; Paint Making Industrial Welding; all with Starter Packs, and Loan Support Schemes for Women.”
