The Executive Chairman Mokwa Local Government Council, Hon Comr (Amb) Jibrin Abdullahi Muregi attended the Official Groundbreaking Exercise of the 44km dual carriageway of Bida Ring Road, Under leadership of His Excellency Rt Hon Umaru Mohammed Bago the Executive Governor Niger State.
