The Ndigbo Youth Parliament (NYP) has extended its warmest congratulations to Senator John Azuta-Mbata on his recent emergence as the President-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo, the apex socio-cultural organization of the Igbo people worldwide.
In a statement released on Sunday by the Hon. Speaker of Ndigbo Youth Parliament, Rt. Hon. Rikki Chinedu Nwajiofor, the leadership of the Ndigbo Youth Parliament lauded Sen. As the new President-General assumes office, the Ndigbo Youth Parliament underscores the critical need for the unification of Ndigbo worldwide, protection of the cultural heritage, and restoration of security cum tranquility in Igbo land.
