The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha alongside members of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, were vaccinated against COVID-19.
Naija News reports that the PTF Chairman took the vaccine at about 5.05 pm during the weekly press briefing of the task force in Abuja on Monday.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, received the vaccine immediately after the SGF took his first dose of the vaccine.
Also, the Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire; the Minister of Environment, Mohammad Mahmood Abubakar, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama their turns.
The Country Representatives of the World Health Organisation; Executive Director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency and the Director-General of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Chikwe Iheakwazu were also vaccinated.
The Director of Press in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Willey Bassey thereafter led journalists from different media houses to take their jabs.
