Barcelona’s young talent, Lamine Yamal, has firmly rejected any suggestion that he attempted to connect with Claudia Bavel, a former adult film actress.
Yamal made this statement in response to Bavel’s recent assertions regarding an alleged relationship with him.
Naija News reports that the controversy began when Bavel claimed to have communicated with Yamal, who allegedly urged her to meet him.
In a recent interview with TardeAR, Bavel stated that the Spanish winger had last contacted her through a mutual acquaintance.
She also mentioned that she had encountered the 17-year-old footballer at various parties but refrained from having any private interactions with him, as she did not wish to become involved “with a minor.”
Nevertheless, Yamal has categorically denied all of Bavel’s claims.
The Barcelona player asserted that he has never met Bavel in person.
“Yesterday I spoke to her and I have the screenshot that she told me is a lie, that she has not said anything, and that, obviously, we have never met,” Yamal told TardeAR.
Yamal also insisted that he lives with his mother, who doesn’t allow women in the house, adding that “It’s impossible, [Bavel] can’t enter my house because I live with my mother. It’s all a lie, I have never seen her.”
This is coming less than some days after Fati Vázquez, an influencer reportedly linked with Yamal, caused rumours of a romantic relationship after she reportedly spent a weekend with the footballer.
