Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have set up their equipment in polling units in Idah Local Government Area of Kogi state.
Naija News gathered that as early as 8:30 a.m., INEC officials had set up their equipment at Omepa Primary School, Ward 01, PU 008, in Idah LGA.
Before the commencement of the voting exercise, the presiding officer of the aforementioned ward complained that there were too many officials in the ward.
At the aforementioned time, there were five INEC officials in the ward which had 1,599 registered voters.
Also, INEC officials have finished setting up and have started voting at Palace Junction Ayija, Ward 01, PU 005 in Idah LGA.
At the time of writing, there were four security operatives at the ward.
