Former Kogi lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye has taken to social media to mourn one of the victims on board when the ill-fated Abuja-Kaduna train was attacked by bandit terrorists on Monday night.

Recall that bandit terrorists on Monday night bombed the Abuja-Kaduna train between Katari and Regina axis, leading to the death of some passengers.

The terrorists thereafter attacked the passengers and abducted some whose whereabouts are still unknown.

Amongst the passengers who were declared dead is, Tibile, a Kogi Barrister who was said to be on an official assignment when terrorists attacked the train he boarded.

Sharing a photo of Tibile, Melaye condemned the attack, whilst describing the Barrister as his brother, adding that he was a promising young man.

He wrote; ”My Kogi brother Barr. Tibile was killed by the satanic characters that attacked the Abuja bound train. Very promising young man with great prospect. So sad.. so painful. Rest in peace”

Meanwhile, Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) has described the attack as a horror dream and called for immediate action to stop the senseless killing in the nation.

The forum through its chairman said the level of attacks is becoming too regular which questions the governors’ capacity to lead their states, urging security agencies to prevent future attacks on the country’s infrastructure.

It pointed out that the spate of attacks in the country’s national experience will certainly be forgotten while commiserating with the families of the victims.
