The Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) has begun the collation/announcement of results for the 21 local government areas of Anambra State in Saturday’s governorship election.
Naija News reports that INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner, Dr Nkwachukwu Orji is monitoring the collation.
The Vice-Chancellor, University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Obi, was announced as the returning officer.
The collation also has returning officers for the political parties as; Mr Chibuzor Obiakor for APC, Dr Alex Obiogbolu for PDP and Senator Victor Umeh for APGA among others.
