Stop Bringing My Name Into Your Diatribe - Igboho Fires Naja’atu Mohammed

Yoruba Nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, has appealed to the Federal Government to remove his name from the list of wanted individuals.

Naija News reports that he made this appeal during a visit to the palace of the Olugbon of Orile Igbon, Oba Francis Alao.

Igboho said he has faced threats and restrictions due to the wanted status placed on him by the government.

He shared how the label has affected his movements and peace of mind, including being denied a passport at the Nigerian embassy in Germany.

He stated that he wants to live freely in Nigeria and is disturbed that he cannot stay in his own home without fear.

According to him, people are after his life, and he cannot sleep safely at night.

He said, “I am not happy that I am not free in my own fatherland.

“I want the Federal Government to remove my name from the wanted list because I am not a criminal. A lot of people are threatening to kill me; I cannot sleep in my house.

“The other time I went to the Nigerian embassy in Germany to obtain a passport, they told me the Federal Government had written to them that I was on the wanted list. I just want to be free.”
