A once-close Nollywood friendship appears to have collapsed as actress Sharon Francis publicly called out her former friend and colleague, Destiny Etiko, in a heated social media post.
Naija News reports that Francis took to her Instagram story to accuse Etiko of repeatedly making false and damaging claims about her to others in the industry.
She warned that she would not ignore the matter any longer, stating that she was prepared to confront Etiko directly if the alleged comments continued.
In her lengthy message, Francis accused Etiko of attempting to tarnish her reputation and hinted that she possessed personal details that could cause embarrassment if made public.
She further described herself as ready for a clash, warning that she would expose secrets if pushed further.
She wrote on her Instagram story: “@destinyetiko stop talking shit about me, this will be the last time I will hear Destiny said That sharon did! One more time and you will not like me, you know me too well!!! Be warned!!!! If e reach to drag, hope you are ready cos I don’t play in the mud, I will drag you underground Sharon Francis for a reason Make person no wake sleeping dog o! The world go see your dirty yansh o!! Hmmmmm!! No take my silence for stupidity!”.

Both women had previously been seen together at public events, often describing each other as best friends.
As of the time of this report, Etiko has not responded to the allegations.
