Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has said he will present a plan for Ukraine’s victory to United States President, Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Former President Donald Trump, in September.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy disclosed this on Tuesday at a press conference in Kyiv.
Though Zelenskyy refused to reveal the details of his plan to newsmen, he explained he was sure the plan holds the key to defeating Russia in the now two years war.
According to Ukrainska Pravda, Zelenskyy noted that the success of the victory plan depended on whether the US would give the government of Ukraine what was contained in the plan.
The Ukraine President added that his government included Harris and Trump because either of the two would win the November presidential election.
“There is Ukraine’s victory plan. I’m not sure I can reveal everything. One of the elements, and part of this has already been done, is [Russia’s] Kursk Oblast. The second is Ukraine’s strategic place in the world’s security infrastructure.
“The third element is a powerful package to force Russia to end the war through diplomatic means. And the fourth element is economic. I will not talk about all this in detail. But the plan is ready.
“It will be fair if I first present this plan to the US President. The success of this plan depends on him, whether they will give us what is in this plan or not… and I think I will present this plan to him at a meeting in September.
“I also believe that it will be right to hand this plan over to both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Because we have yet to find out who will be the next president of the United States. And we want to implement this plan,” Ukrainska Pravda quoted Zelenskyy
