I Have No Plans To Quit Music – Terry G

Veteran Afrobeats singer Gabriel Oche Amanyi, popularly known as Terry G, has made it clear that he has no plans to step away from music.

Naija News reports that the 39-year-old artiste explained that he would rather keep working as if he were a new act than leave the stage.

His statement came after online critics accused him of seeking attention through his activities on social media.

He replied in a tweet: “I fully embrace being seen as an upcoming artiste. You only become a legend when you retire and I’m never retiring. So if you catch me chasing clout, let me be.”

Terry G, who became popular in the 2010s with his unique street-hop sound, is remembered for songs such as Free Madness, Sangalo, Akpako Master, and Run Mad.

Now, after years away from the spotlight, he is pushing for a return with a new collaboration featuring singer Victony on the track Tanko.

In other news, Nigerian Singer Korede Bello has shared a message with his fans, stressing that living well is more important than living long.

Naija News reports that the artiste spoke during his Wellness Wednesday series on Instagram.

The Godwin crooner explained that many people spend time wishing for long life, while forgetting that the true value of life lies in how well it is lived.
