Nicole Chikwe, wife of rapper Naeto C, has revealed that she still struggles to stay calm whenever she sees Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji, even after knowing her for over a decade.
In a video seen by Naija News, Nicole said she always feels like fainting in the actress’s presence.
She described a meeting at a café in Ikoyi, where she unexpectedly ran into Genevieve sitting with a friend.
According to Nicole, despite being familiar with each other and exchanging greetings, she could not stop herself from reacting like a true fan.
She confessed that the air seemed to leave the room and time felt frozen the moment she saw the movie star.
Without realizing it, she bowed before Genevieve and said, “My queen, I’m not worthy to be in your presence.”
Though Genevieve laughed, Nicole said she was genuinely serious.
She said she has met many celebrities through her marriage and social media work, but Genevieve remains the one person who still shakes her.
She said: “I want to talk about one person in particular because there is one person who whenever i’m in this person’s presence i feel like i am in the presence of a star and i am shook and i am weak every single time and that person is genevieve nnaji and even till now 14 years later whenever i see her i’m still just like like i’m trying not to faint. She’s just a star.”
