The Executive Chairman of Agaie Local Government, Hon. Sayuti Ibrahim, yesterday 9th September, 2024, visited the scene of a devastating accident along Bida-Agaie road, where a petrol tanker collided with another vehicle carrying cows and passengers.
Tragically, over 50 lives were lost and all the cows are dead in the disaster.
Hon Sayuti extends his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the people of Essa community in Katcha Local Government, Niger State.

Hon. Sayuti also calls the attention of the Federal Government to complete the road project to prevent future occurrences of such accidents.
He prayed for the reposed souls to rest in perfect peace.
