Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, has accused his colleague, Davido, of planning to arrest him for defamation.
Naija News recalls that the fight between the duo started in 2023 after Dammy Krane called out Davido over an alleged debt.
In a post via his X handle on Thursday, Dammy Krane said police are planning to illegally arrest him on Davido’s instructions.
According to the singer, there are alleged plans to frame him for crypto scams, adding that Davido should be held responsible if anything should happen to him.
He said, “If anything happens to me @davido should be held responsible. Oppressor @davido has paid them to arrest me.
“They wrote a petition, lying that I am into Flutterwave & Crypto scams just to arrest me. This is how they keep using the bad cops to spoil the name of the police.”

Meanwhile, veteran fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde, better known as KWAM 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has ordered Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, to end his ongoing fight with Davido.
Dammy Krane in a social media post last week accused Davido of having a hand in the death of his late friend, Tagbo, who died on his birthday in 2017.
However, Kwam1, during a live performance in the USA, stepped into the ongoing feud and called for peace between the duo.
