"He Is Coming Out As Lagos State Governor" - Reactions Trail Sack Of MC Oluomo As Lagos NURTW Chairman

The decision of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) to dissolve the Lagos council of the union previously headed by Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo has attracted reactions on social media.

Naija News earlier reported the National body of the NURTW also announced the appointment of Seyi Bankole as the new head of the Lagos NURTW in place of MC Oluomo.

The developments were announced in a statement on Wednesday titled ‘Dissolution of Lagos State Administrative Council’ jointly signed by the NURTW national president, Alhaji Tajudeen Baruwa, and general secretary, Alhaji Kabiru Ado Ya’u.

Following the public knowledge of MC Oluomo’s sack, some Nigerians have linked the development to political games ahead of the 2023 elections.

Others say it is an attempt to attack the campaigns of the APC National Leader, Bola Tinubu.
