Nollywood director, Austin Fanni, husband to beautiful actress, Chacha Eke has taken to his social media to reveal the most effective way to lose weight without the stress of visiting a gym or taking slimming tea.
According to the father of four via his Instagram, overthinking, gossiping with harboring so much hate against other human beings would help one lose weight so rapidly.

The actress took to her social media to share an adorable photo of her newborn as she thanks God for the increase. Sharing a photo of her fourth child, the actress wrote;
