The technical adviser of Enyimba, Olanrewaju Yemi, has stressed that his team aims to grab the maximum three points in their upcoming matchday five fixture against Katsina United.
Olanrewaju Yemi said the primary objective for Enyimba in their clash with Katsina United is to move higher on the NPFL table by beating formidable Chanji Boys at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.
Note that Enyimba are currently sitting third on the league table with 9 points in four games after recording three wins and a defeat.
Ahead of the game against Katsina which will kick-off at 4:30 p.m. later today, coach Yemi highlighted the awareness among the players regarding the importance of clinching a victory in the crucial fixture.
The coach acknowledged the tough challenge that Katsina United poses, citing their talented squad and experienced players as key factors.
“We know the clash against Katsina United is going to be a tough game, they are a good side with some experienced players,” Yemi told reporters ahead of the game.
“We must get our maximum points because we want to climb high up there: that’s the intention, and the boys know what is at stake.
“We can’t afford to drop our shoulders. We need to get as many points as possible before our continental engagement.”
