ECB Holds Rates Steady For Fourth Straight Meeting

The European Central Bank held its key interest rate steady Thursday for a fourth straight meeting and said it expected inflation to stabilise around its two-per cent target “in the medium term”.

As widely expected, the central bank for the 20 countries that use the euro left its key deposit rate at two per cent.
