Chelsea Player, Victor Moses Makes Permanent Move To Spartak Moscow

English Premier League club, Chelsea FC has confirmed Nigerian professional footballer, Victor Moses’ is leaving the club to join a Russian club.

Naija News reports that the West London club disclosed in a statement released on its official website on Friday (today).

Moses had joined Chelsea from Wigan in 2012. The 30-year-old spent nine years with the Blues but could not secure a place in the club’s first team n recent seasons, Naija News reports.

Moses who finished with 128 appearances for the Blues is now making a permanent move to Russian club Spartak Moscow.

Naija News understands that the player made 20 appearances for Spartak during his loan spell last season.

Victor Moses has today completed a permanent transfer to Spartak Moscow. The move brings to an end to the Wideman’s nine-year Chelsea career,” a statement on Chelsea’s website said.

Moses during his stay at Chelsea scored 18 goals and won the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Europa League with the Blues.

As well as Spartak, Moses had loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke, West Ham, Fenerbahce and Inter Milan during his time with Chelsea.
