Gunmen suspected to be bandits have attacked Kwaita community in Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), shot a pregnant woman, and abducted three persons.
According to Daily Trust, the gunmen stormed the community around 11 pm on Wednesday, shot sporadically, and kidnapped the victims.
According to the report, the pregnant woman was hit by a stray bullet during the incident. It was gathered that the bandits invaded the houses of their victims and whisked them away.
However, the pregnant woman has been taken to an undisclosed hospital in Gwagwalada for treatment.

“They wanted to take the woman along, but when they discovered that she sustained a bullet wound and she is pregnant, they pared her,” a resident said.
