The prime suspect in the death of Oluwabamise Ayanwole, Andrew Nice would be arraigned today before the Yaba Magistrate Court.
Nice had been linked to the death of the 22-year-old fashion designer who went missing in a Bus Rapid Transit vehicle and was later found dead.
The counsel to the family of Oluwabamise, Ayo Ademiluyi, revealed the development on Friday.
According to Ademiluyi, the arraignment would commence by 12 noon, he called on interested persons to storm the court.
This is coming a few hours after another victim accused the BRT driver of raping her on the bus.
The lady whose identity was not revealed while speaking with Punch disclosed that Nice raped her on November 25, 2021 in the BRT bus.
The victim who happens to be a former sales girl at a shop in Ajah, said afyer she closed from work around 8pm, she boarded the BRT bus driven by the suspect.
She said Nice was to convey her from the Alesh Bus Stop in Ajah, to Jakande, along the Lekki Epe Expressway, when he decided to park the bus and rape her, armed with a knife.
