The Senator representing Imo North Senatorial District (Okigwe Zone), Engineer Patrick C. Ndubueze, has so far disbursed the sum of ₦10 million as intervention support for the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) electronic membership registration exercise across the zone.
The intervention, which is targeted at facilitating a smooth, inclusive, and effective e-registration process across the six (6) Local Government Areas of Imo North, reflects the Senator’s unwavering commitment to party fortification, grassroots mobilization, and the consolidation of internal democracy within the APC.

As part of the initiative, a strategic committee constituted by the Senator and drawn from key party stakeholders has been actively interfacing with concerned LGA and party leaders, ward executives, youth groups, and women leaders across the senatorial district. The engagements are aimed at sensitizing members, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring that the registration exercise achieves optimal reach and impact at the grassroots.
Speaking on the intervention, Senator Ndubueze stated that a vibrant and well-organized party structure remains the backbone of sustainable democracy and effective governance. He emphasized that the e-registration exercise is not just a routine party activity, but a strategic process designed to strengthen party cohesion, enhance data integrity, and deepen members’ participation in party affairs.

The Senator further encouraged party faithful, supporters, and eligible residents in Okigwe Zone to take full advantage of the ongoing exercise by registering or updating their membership details. According to him, active participation in party processes is essential for building a responsive political system that truly reflects the aspirations of the people.
Stakeholders across the zone have commended the timely intervention, describing it as a clear demonstration of Senator Ndubueze’s dedication to party growth and inclusive leadership. They noted that the support will significantly ease logistics, improve coordination, and enhance the overall success of the exercise.
The APC, as a progressive party, remains committed to delivering good governance, economic reforms, improved security, and people-oriented development. With sustained support from leaders like Senator Patrick Ndubueze and the active involvement of party members at all levels, the party is well-positioned to deepen democratic dividends and strengthen its grassroots presence in Imo State and beyond.
Party stakeholders in Imo North are therefore urged to mobilize effectively and ensure the full success of the ongoing APC e-registration exercise across Okigwe Zone.
