Former President of the Nigeria Senate and 2023 Presidential hopeful, Bukola Saraki has sent a message to the nation’s national men football team ahead of their 2021 AFCON opening match.
Naija News understands that the Super Eagles would be battling against Egypt on Tuesday evening at the Roumde Adjia stadium, Cameroon.
In a post on his verified Twitter account on Sunday, Saraki wished the Nigerian team success in the ongoing African Cup of Nations tournament.
The former Governor of Kwara State admonished the Super Eagles to soar at the tournament in Cameroon.
Saraki tweeted: “As the #AFCON begins today, I wish our @NGSuperEagles a successful outing!
“#SoarSuperEagles, know that the entire nation is rooting for you!.”
