Itodo Akor has joined the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club, Lobi Stars, from Gombe United after the club’s relegation to the Nigeria National League last season.

The goalkeeper will compete for the starting spot with Lucky Abdullahi and Daniel Emmanuel at the NPFL club next season.

El-Kanemi Warriors Become ₦35.2 Million Richer

El-Kanemi Warriors received a reward of ₦35.2 Million from the Borno State government for winning the 2024 President Federation Cup. The secretary to the state government, Bukar Tijjani, presented the cash reward to the team.

El-Kanemi Warriors’ technical adviser, Aliyu Zubairu, believes the financial reward will inspire the team in the upcoming campaign.
