The State Recognised Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria in Taraba State, Comr. Udi, has finally made an Official Press Statement, through his Special Assistant on Media, over the purported setting up of Congress Planning and Electoral Committees by a faction in the State. Below is the full text of the Release.

Attention of the leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria.Taraba State Chapter, has been drawn to a concocted Electoral Committee and Central planning Committee for the next NYCN.State Congress set up by some desperados who don’t want to retire from activities of the Youth Council.
On this Premise as law abiding citizens,we call on Youths in the State to be calm and disregard the position of the said group who lacked the temerity and constitutional backing there off to take any decision that concerns election of the NYCN.In the State.
For the sake of clarity in the recently held management meeting of the NYCN.Management agreed for election to hold when there is a convivial environment amidst the imbroglio of Covid 19 and the End SARS protest and wondered why some selected few hiding under the guise of NYCN officials under uncle Emma George would go ahead to mislead Youths of the State.
The NYCN is calling on Youths to be calm as the Chairman of the Council Comr.Udi Adamu is committed to conduct a free,fair and credible Congress.
There is going to be window period for aspirants to submit their forms and those who are interested to purchase form.
We wish all aspirants the best of luck as date for the election will be announce next week after due consultation with designated stakeholders as enshrined in the constitution of the NYCN.
