The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been drawn in Group A of the qualifiers for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
The Super Eagles will battle Sierra Leone, Guinea-Bissau, and São Tomé and Principe/Mauritius for the ticket to the continental championship.
This was revealed during the draws for the tournament qualifiers held on Tuesday in South Africa.

Mauritius has protested a 4-3 aggregate loss to Sao Tome and Principe in the preliminary round and the outcome of a disciplinary hearing will decide which nation competes in Group A.
